More than 20 years of experience in pleading complex civil, administrative and criminal cases, as well as property and investment / business cases, including ones regarded to natural resources. Experience in the implementation of projects and related transactions, which includes both legal support of commercial activities and lobbying.
Considerable experience in assisting in banking and financial areas, especially on issues related to the activities of the Financial and Capital Market Commission. Specialization in inheritance, property, family law and law of obligations is associated with the right of ownership, division of property and recovery. In the area of immigration, were being resolved issues related to citizenship and residence in the country, with representation in the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs and in the administrative process. Specialization in criminal law: defence in tax cases, financial crimes, as well as criminal acts of an economic nature.
