PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE |
Rihards has over 10 years of experience in dispute resolution in courts, as well as in preparing commercial transactions, negotiating and in advising on business development. Rihards has successfully represented clients not only in several multi-million litigations, but also in cases, after which new findings in the case-law have been made.
Rihards has an academic experience as a lecturer of the Civil Procedure, he has spoken in conferences and conducted seminars on court practice in tax matters, civil procedure, labour and commercial law. Rihards is the author of a number of publications in Jurista Vārds, Bilances Juridiskie Padomi, iFinanses, the newspaper Dienas Bizness and in others.
