PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE |
Viktors has over 15 years’ experience in jurisprudence. He actively practices in courts, participating in trials in various categories of cases, and also represents and defends clients in criminal proceedings in pre-trial investigation institutions, the prosecutor's office and the court. He also has the successful experience of representing a client in the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union in tax litigation. Victor advises on various legal issues and provides legal support for civil transactions.
In addition, Viktors heads the Hanseatic Arbitration Court, is an arbitrator in two arbitration courts and has academic experience - he gives lectures on property law in a private higher school.
Viktors has been a member of the Latvian Bar Association since 2008. From 2015 to 2017, he was a member of the Budget Commission of the Latvian Bar Association.

Viktors has been a member of the Latvian Bar Association since 2008. From 2015 to 2017, he was a member of the Budget Commission of the Latvian Bar Association.
